Eligibility Criteria:

• Applications may be accepted from high school seniors who will be graduating and pursuing educational opportunities beyond high school.
   
• Applications may be accepted from full-time or part-time students accepted for study at any accredited college or university.
   
• Recipients will be selected on the basis of scholastic achievement or promise, financial need, and desirable qualities of character and leadership, with preference given to gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender students.
   
• The number and amount of the scholarship awards will be determined by the distributions from the endowment.
